Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with the services provided by Hugo Hosting within 7 days, you can cancel your service from your customer panel and receive a refund.

The refund guarantee does not cover services other than web hosting and reseller hosting (such as domain registration/transfer, VPS-VDS, dedicated server, SSL certificate, co-location, licensing, software, etc.). Domains, VPS-VDS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, co-location, licenses, and software services cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for these services. All refunds will be processed on the day your refund request is made or on the next business day. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank's policies, taking between 7 and 30 days. This process is beyond our control. The refund guarantee does not apply to accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to non-compliance with the service agreement. Each customer may only request a refund for the first service purchased. For example, if you have previously purchased or are currently using a service from Hugo Hosting and then purchase a second service, the refund guarantee will not apply to this additional service.
